Germering / Cairo, October 2025 – FORTEC Egypt congratulates its parent company, FORTEC Elektronik AG, on the successful full acquisition of Advantec Electronics B.V., marking an important step in strengthening the Group’s presence across the Benelux region.

The acquisition brings together Advantec Electronics, a trusted distributor of industrial power solutions, and Nottrot B.V., a Dutch manufacturer of professional display systems for maritime, military, and industrial applications.
