Touch Screen Design Services
Mechanical Design
One of our core strengths lies in rapid prototyping for custom finished and open-frame chassis. While we offer a range of standard POSLine displays, if none fit your requirements, we review your mechanical brief and engineer a tailored solution. Whether you're upgrading an existing product or developing a new monitor design, we create custom touch screen solutions designed to meet every specification. Once the design is finalised and approved, we can also arrange certification to the relevant standards, such as CE testing.
Electronic Design
Within the group, we’ve developed our own in-house Prisma range of AD boards, industrial media players, and LED backlight drivers. Because we fully control the design of our custom touch screens, we can efficiently modify, adapt, or rework them to support new features as needed.
Complete TFT/SBC Kits
Our complete kits include preloading single board computers (SBCs) with your required image. We have the tools to mass program SSDs and HDDs efficiently. With ISO9001 certification and the use of SAP, we ensure full traceability throughout the process. Each kit is assigned unique parts to eliminate any risk of missing components—we aim to get everything right, the first time.
Firmware Adjustments (for our Prisma range)
Many customers require the Prisma to perform specific functions, such as fixed colour settings or timing adjustments to support legacy CRT displays. By modifying the firmware, we can tailor functionality to meet each customer's exact needs.
Fitting of Touchscreens
We offer touchscreen fitting services in our clean room environment, eliminating the risk for customers. Our team ensures precise installation, avoiding issues like breakage, misalignment, or contamination. Depending on the application and budget, we offer both our highly effective strip bonding method and full optical bonding.
Optical Bonding
To enhance daylight readability and durability, we have made significant investments in our European-based optical bonding facility. This process involves applying silicone between the front of the LCD and the touchscreen cover filter, resulting in a clearer, more robust display.
TFT Enhancements (High Bright / Transflective)
With years of experience, we specialize in replacing standard backlights and filter stacks with high-performance alternatives. This includes ultra-bright display solutions and custom backlights, such as NVIS-compatible options for night vision applications.
Infinite Touch
Our newly introduced Infinity range of PCAP touchscreens offers limitless possibilities in touch technology. With minimal engineering—based on your artwork—we can create true flat glass, edge-to-edge touchscreen designs that are fully shaped and branded.
