Haitham Mohsen Fouad is an accomplished global business leader and technology executive with over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, electronics, and innovation strategy. As Country Manager at Fortec Electronics & Design Solutions, he leads operations and business growth across the region, applying his deep technical and managerial expertise to scale industrial technology solutions.
His path to Fortec was built on a strong foundation of leadership at Orange Egypt, where he oversaw multi-vendor 4G/5G rollouts and performance optimization, and at ITIDA, where he launched national programs like Qualifying for Employment (Q4E) to strengthen Egypt’s electronics talent pipeline. Haitham holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a dual M.Sc. in Communications and IT. Known for blending strategic thinking with technical depth, he has also contributed to academic research, talent development, and ecosystem-building initiatives—earning a reputation as a results-driven leader with regional impact.
